I am so amazed that I came across this! I often have a hard time putting advice into action, I love how Amy breaks it down to small actionable items that really resonate with where you are at in the breakup. I’m already starting to feel a lot better and that I will be able to get through this.

I read Amy’s book and attended Renew breakup bootcamp after a vicious breakup that wrecked me. Amy’s advice was remarkable in helping me cope, understand the underlying issues that drove me to pursue such a volatile relationship and move on to look to date someone safer and more consistent.
