How to Heal Trauma in All Aspects of your Life with Dr. Aimie Apigian
Listen now
Description
Trauma healing is not one-size-fits-all. Unhealed trauma can also lead to many diseases and, of course, the diagnosis of breast cancer can be incredibly traumatic for a woman and everyone who loves her. I know—I have been there, too. This week’s honored guest is Dr. Aimie Apigian, the CEO of Trauma Healing Accelerated. She is extraordinarily brilliant and well educated as a Double Board-Certified Medical Physician: Preventive and Addiction Medicine, and she holds two Master’s degrees in Biochemistry and Public Health. In addition, she is certified in Functional Medicine, Trauma Response Model, Somatic Experiencing, and NeuroAffective Touch. Wow, she certainly is a trustworthy expert! Do you sometimes feel mindless and just heavily going through the motions of your day? This is called the freeze response. Dr. Aimie will be sharing her wisdom on how to “un-freeze” and many other ways to help yourself and your loved ones heal.
