“I felt like listening to an in-depth breakdown of the day’s events at the COVID inquiry after Boris’ government’s handling was shown up for its utter chaos and incompetence. Instead I felt like I was listening to a party political broadcast on behalf of the Conservatives. The first half was a cosy chinwag with Boris’s old uni buddy, Guto Harri, saying, “There, there, poor wee Boris. Surrounded by nasty chaps,” forgetting to mention that Cummings had been inflicted on the country by Boris himself. Then we heard all about a “wonderful” upcoming Tory organised AI Conference, i.e. The Rishi and Elon Love In - aka The Bilious Billionaire Show. Think I’ll stick to The Rest is Politics and The Newsagents for a proper breakdown of events and some actual scrutiny in future.”

“Upside - a good weekly summary of where things stand with Brexit and very good in-depth analysis of specific issues. Downside - somewhat Brussels-centric and biased towards the EU point of view. But overall worth a listen.”
