If you’re anything like me, you may find yourself worrying from time to time about the people and things that matter most to you. While this makes sense for a number of reasons, worrying that bad things could happen doesn’t usually help and can actually be quite detrimental to us and those around us. On this episode, I talk about how we can shift our mindset and ask different questions when facing important or even stressful situations. When we change our approach, not only can it reduce our anxiety, it can also inspire us and others in new and productive ways.
