I was really hopeful this podcast would tell all sides to this story. But the second episode is playing the “poor struggling foster parents” role. As a pediatric RN and a sibling to two adopted children , I find this approach pathetic and a true disgrace to the innocent child. As a mother I understand being overwhelmed. I understand the foster and adoption world from many sides. But these women abused and murdered their children. That is above and beyond “overwhelmed”. These children were innocent victims in two women's agenda. Both women were cruel and horrific. To not say this, to portray these “mothers” as struggling, is one of the many reasons child abuse will never be taken seriously enough.Read full review »

This is one of the better true crime podcasts. The story is told in an interesting way that keeps your attention.
