“Somehow this doesn’t seem to work. I like Rob but he struggles to get anything interesting or funny out of his guests. I’ve listened to several but now unsubscribed.”

“A great podcast - witty, dry, self effacing and so British. There is no room for ego and I chuckle out loud in each episode. My 7 year old son loves that Rob is famous and not a rule breaker 👌🏻”

“Annoyingly funny because I usually listened to podcasts to help me go to sleep and I frequently burst out laughing at moments through many of these which doesn't help me nod off …. It’s luvvy and lovely , if you don’t like it then I would say that Rob’s humour is probably just not your thing”Read full review »

“Wow. I cannot believe how much Rob spoke throughout this interview. Just totally bulldozed the entire episode. Poor Miles. What was the point in having him in? Was looking forward to this episode but it was 90% Rob speaking over him. Poor interview technique.”

“Can Rob possibly sound any more conceited in his ads which I repeatedly have to hear on other podcasts. Talk about speaking just to listen to one’s own voice.”
“I was disappointed in the interview. He asked great questions!! He just didn’t allow Alfie to answer them. Next time Alfie is on his show continue asking great questions please sit quietly allow him to answer.”

“What a joy to hear HRH, Michael of Palin who at 80 years, still gave you a run for your money. You have a lovely way with people, these pod-chats are a delight to listen to and the guests aren’t bad either. Please keep them coming and thank you, great work.
PS I have my suspicions that all of...”Read full review »

“After coming across a few YouTube clips I discovered the podcast and binged it from the start. I don’t agree with the comments about not letting guests speak; the conversations flow naturally and I think the balance is fine. After all, the title of the podcast is Brydon &…there’s your first...”Read full review »

You constantly make me laugh and loved your interview with Steve Coogan the best. I enjoy the way you smoothly interact with your guests and are able to extract insights into...”Read full review »

“I love this Podcast that Rob Brydon has done.
I love Rob Brydon because I find him very funny and very entertaining.
On this podcast I loved the episode where he interviewed Steve Coogan.
That had to be my favourite episode of the podcast.
Rob Brydon and Steve Coogan are comedy legends...”Read full review »

“Love this podcast! but such a shame it takes so long for the episodes to be released? Surely it can’t take over 6 months to edit and release it? Not like Rob is doing the editing himself!”

“The chap who advertises that shipping company sits down and tells his guests what he’s been up to! Then I’m so busy listening to Brydon I nearly miss the stuff that he’s managed to get from his guest!

“Rob needs to let his guests speak and not interrupt them. Julia Davis hardly said a word in the first 10 minutes and then wasn’t able to finish what she was saying for the rest of the podcast. The guest should be the focal point, not Rob.”

“WOW, this is without a doubt the worst ad, the only thing that makes it worse is that it plays every 10minutes. It’s ads like this that are making me stop listening to podcasts.”
“Listening to this I’m sorry to say Rob Brydon ruins every interview. He seems to compete with his guest. There seems to be a desperation in the host to prove his credentials, totally unnecessary I may add.”

“Enjoyable show, great chats overall! But there are moments when Rob interrupts his guests and berates them at times. It may be in jest, but doesn’t *feel right* when you’re listening. The Luke Thompson episode was the one where I thought this was most prominent.”

“Is it just me or is there a missing Mark Gatiss episode? I thought Rob said he interviewed 3 of the the League of Gentleman?? Only checking in periodically see if it has dropped. Not that interested in the other guests.”
