A brilliant start
Part of the mystique of the royal family is that they seem impervious to emotions- or at least emotional dysfunction. They are the role-model for so many in the U.K. and so much gets swept under the carpet as people work hard to emulate that "Stiff upper lip". Generations of families suffer because nobody talks about what is painful; people either ignore the pain that lesser mortals stumble under the burden of the pain or else they act out and become "problems"- to quote Harry. And so it is so refreshing to listen to Prince Harry, in a wonderful conversation with Bryony- a person who has travelled a long way on her own journey- talk about what makes us all so human; our deepest pain. Congratulations and thank you to both Harry and Bryony to implicitly give Britons permission to let their guard down, allow themselves to be vulnerable and deal with pain that has been repressed for so long. Bryony, keep it up. I look forward to your next episode.Read full review »

I can honestly say I wish I discovered this amazing women earlier. I have always felt very heavy and emotional talking about my demons but you have talked me to see the funny said of it. Thanks. If we can’t giggle at our crazy minds then we’ll never learn to accept them

These podcasts are so great. It's such a privilege to listen to each guest and Bryony talk so openly and candidly about their experiences of mental health. They've made me laugh and bought a tear to my eye and I genuinely look forward to a new episode each week!Read full review »
