Great information, less emotional music
I love this show and have listened to all of them so far. A wealth of insider knowledge on the furniture business. (This ends on a positive note). My only hang-up is the emotional soundtrack of soft piano every 20 seconds. What the guests are saying is already deep enough; adding ‘altar-call’ music is a little distracting. One doesn’t need icing on top of icing, the message is already sweet enough and dense. I’ve found if you listen in your car with the windows down, it can almost drown out the music track so one can better listen in and digest the messages. This is the only review I’ve ever written for a podcast because I’m very passionate/invested in this business. Other than the constant heart-strings soundtrack, this is probably my favorite podcast. I hope this comes across as constructive criticism because I love what Ethan is doing here and filling a much needed void for furniture business owners. Thanks for all the episodes so far and filling up my notepads with others’ wisdom as I furiously write while listening.
