“Dear Sue, I am in an abusive relationship situation and my tablet, mail etc is hacked and monitored by my abusers plural. I’ve been blocked from contacting my sister. I have been isolated gradually from all friends and family. I am a very quiet person, in 2022 I realised that I am an HSP-empath which explains how I ended up in this place. I discovered your pod yesterday, and thirst to hear the pods of the ladies who developed the resilience to help themselves out of despairing situations.
