Iterative Inspiration
I've been following both of these guys for about five to six years now throughout my transition from machinist to mechanical engineer, and it's great to see how much they've grown both as shop owners and machinists over the years. I'm happy to say that through the growth that they've shared with the internet, I've been able to pick up on tidbits here and there, and learn along with them, thanks to their willingness to share their experiences with the public. Their latest push toward lean manufacturing, and process development has, in my opinion, been the most exciting and inspirational learning experience that they've allowed their followers to be apart of to date. This podcast will surely be my primary source of ideas for my next transition from mechanical engineer to small shop owner. Keep up the great work, guys.Read full review »
