“I loved the content of the report. What drove me up and down the wall and ultimately stopped me listening were the oft-repeated loops. There was no atmosphere to add, they were just chunks of sound thrown to add some sort of effect.
The effect they made on me? I could have done better and I am officially opening myself to these people who think that a few repeated loops will "do something" for the production. It didn't.
