“No matter where you are in your faith, here you will find words and people to help in whatever journey you are on.
If you're participating in a faith community right now and you have open discussion about any of the things Seth brings up, consider yourself Blessed. If you're in a weird spot spiritually and you can find friends to talk about half these topics, you are Blessed. Church as it "Should" be probably looks closer to this level of openness and dynamic investigation of depth and breadth in topics we do not even think to think and feel about.
That is also to say I don't always agree with what guests say or how topics are presented. Yet they are spoken about with such respect and openness it feels okay to disagree or even say "I'm just not there yet".
On a personal level, this podcast has become a portion of my church experience in these confusing and confounding times. Seth isn't like a pastor to me, more like someone who has such humility and curiosity which allows for other amazing humans to shine.”Read full review »
