“Long time Canadaland listener, up until recently I have loved all the content & the progressive voice of the series.
I’ve been considering subscribing for some time but Jesse’s recent editorial addressing his stance on Zionism has me on pause. It was not enough.
As Canadians we are complicit in the ongoing & recent escalation in the Israeli governments campaign of ethnic cleansing. We must be outright with our pressure against settler-colonialism.
There is a growing movement of white supremacy in Canada seizing this opportunity to ramp up islamophobia & antisemitism. White supremacy here is directly supporting and supported by Israel’s fascism.
Jesse, I know you can take criticism fairly well. Please get Nora Loreto back on the podcast to talk about this.
