Poorly researched, little if any context established for each story, corny writing and the narration style … yikes. Definitely won’t be subscribing to this.

Under the guise of a critique of cancel culture, this woman perpetuates it. Assertively judgmental nonsense.

The research isn’t there, the generalizations are wide and inaccurate, and the commentary is boring

I enjoy hearing the stories behind being cancelled, but please please take out the high pitch haunting music that overlays the narration. It’s really awful on the ears. Besides that I love it!

I just don’t find the concept of this podcast anything more than gossipy and pessimistic.

I’m really into this podcast! I’ve learnt so much and its entertaining to listen to! The only down side is that there are soo many adverts repeated so many times throughout.

Latest show filled with ads for business class flights and other drivel before you realise much of the podcast time has been taken up with self promotion and cashing in. Seriously. Seems it’s key audience is no longer wanted while it searches for the listener willing to pay £10k for a flight to...Read full review »

Here a five star review so that more people can listen! I like the concept!

I was initially pulled in by the concept of the show, but there’s little-to-no criticality. Realistically, these are quick 20-minute (more like 15 once you factor in all the ads) gossip sessions during which you listen to a partisan diatribe about why someone was cancelled, with virtually no...Read full review »

Was initially drawn to the concept but it’s poorly executed. Short episodes only work when not frequently interrupted by adverts. With regards to the content - nothing new is discussed, may as well have googled each case myself.

The research behind this podcast was not at all thorough. After listening to the Mumford and Sons episode, I lost all respect for your podcast as a whole. I understand your coverage of Winston’s tweet as it upset a lot of people, however you didn’t cover any of the flip side. The great things the...Read full review »

It’s just not a good podcast, zero depth of subject.

A cannot fathom why this podcast makes excuses/slap on the wrist for celebrities who have assaulted, abused, been documented using derogatory slurs, but then the host verbally tarnishes someone for making a few misguided and ignorant social media posts. The narrator comes off entitled, racially...Read full review »

It’s trash but there is room for trash in the podcast arena. The editing on this show tho… it’s some of the worst I’ve heard. It took me awhile to adjust to the cuts so I could even listen to this show, still not used to it but I enjoy the host enough to fight through it.

“If true… it’s really disturbing. IF true. A work-of-art disguised as “just a podcast”, “Cancelled” manages to challenge the status quo, empathize with human error, and demand honest reflection of its listeners. Well done, Cameron, Anton and team. You’ve got me hooked.

Go and listen to Bari Weiss’ podcast ‘Honestly’ or ‘Triggernometry’ or ‘Free Speech with Andrew Doyle’ instead if non-partisan, rigorous scrutiny of the issues this podcast purports to treat are of interest to you.

Thought this would be a different perspective but it’s not very original and, in particular for the Jameela Jamil episode was particularly awful. Not adding anything of any value or note, regurgitating thoughts presented more eloquently elsewhere. Presenters style is a bit condescending as well. I...Read full review »

More division and polarisation, not what we need at this moment of history.
