“Episode 22 with Dr. Lisa Monteggia could have been a very enjoyable listen. Unfortunately there were a lot of distractions during the recording including dogs barking, sounds of people doing dishes, and incessant and repeated dinging of cell phones and computers. This kind of stuff should not be happening on a professional podcast. Put your guests in a room with a speaker and turn the devices to “do not disturb”. Additionally the only doses that were mentioned were .5 mg per kilogram. Rates of infusion or not mentioned nor were pharmacokinetics. You could’ve gone into more detail on different doses. Also a unique question is whether the dissociative state in ketamine is necessary in order to achieve anti-depressant effects.”
