Quality & Real Pod
I found this podcast after listening to Antoinette on ‘See the thing is Podcast’. She’s very articulate, vulnerable and challenges perspectives. Also she isn’t scared to speak her truth and have opposing ideals of those she’s speaking to. I appreciate the guys on this podcast and their vulnerability. It feels like I have a window to healthy males though process whereas I don’t have that around me in life. My favorite episode so far is 13, discussions of battling body images. I love how honest Antoinette is and it’s extremely relatable. The guys had really good input and takeaways too.

Personally, I only listen to you guys in the car so an only audio podcast works just fine for me! I understand the need and want...Read full review »
