This is the same person that was recently hired by the Philipsburg Osceola Area School District as the 2023-24 Junior High Head Boys Soccer Coach. Listen to the 16 written statements provided to me describing Shawn Inlow's absolutely disgusting alleged occurrences with minors in the Clearfield and Centre...
