“I’m not that into cars, and more into history, and I’m really enjoying this podcast! Both episodes that I’ve listened to so far (Jeep and BMW) have helped me see aspects of American life in a new light, and left me thinking — and interested in hearing more! There probably is enough stuff about speed, parts and gadgets to interest a car fanatic, but it isn’t pervasive enough to turn me off. I listen to a lot of podcasts so am sensitive to badly edited/produced ones, and this one is very well researched, scripted (I like Eddie’s frequent use of metaphors) and edited, with interesting short clips from movies, speeches, etc interspersed throughout. Actually you could miss some of the more humorous clips if you don’t listen carefully! Looking forward to more.”
