From the moment I begin to hear Michael and Mark speak, I find myself engrossed in their words and how they deal with situations that I have had to deal with for many years. If you haven't already done so, visit their website and download the Management Tools Basics. I highly recommend it to those who are striving to be the best they can. Though these casts tend to ramble, there is solid advice in each... If I could wave a wand and magically improve them, I'd remove the intro music and shorten the duration to 7-10 minutes. I previously enjoyed this podcast until episode "Keeping Your Search Confidential". They were discussing McDonalds and stated that they were a great company, with good food at great prices. McDonalds and good food is an oxymoron. I hope they don't continue to talk this way.Read full review »
