How awful the and backwards the criminal justice system is but how inspiring Carrie Lowe is. Excellent journalism. Highly recommended listening. Five stars.

Wow is all I can say. If I were a woman in Nova Scotia, I would be terrified if anything happened. Who would help you? Carrie has/had unbelievable strength to keep going as she did. I would have caved. What a world we live in. Unbelievable injustice.

Good story telling. I liked how Carrie is cartesian when she explains in details how the police screwed up her case. She is so meticulous even with her PTSD from the agression, it really contrasts with the botched investigation and the botched cover up excuses police and officials institution are...Read full review »

What an incredibly brave woman. I am ashamed of the crown and their hateful communist ways. Something must change !!

I worry about this for my children but not once since becoming a mom have I worried about this for myself. Such an eye opener and a huge slap with reality. Thank you

In depth reporting with a heart. Music, quality of sound is excellent. The voice of the reporter Maggie Rahr makes this easy listening to a painful topic. Non lascivious true crime testimony. Ty!

Listening to this story, I’m in awe of the bravery of Carrie Low. Her story is testament to why many victims of sexual assault never come forward. This podcast allows us to hear her story, to understand the mishandling of her case by the police who should have helped her, and the broken system...Read full review »

Thank you to all involved for being this horrible injustice to light. I can’t believe the hypocrisy of the police involved - woman gets raped and they can’t go knocking down doors, yet a man gets killed and they start questioning people straight away. I look forward to hopefully hearing an update...Read full review »

I had to stop during episode 4. This woman needs to realize she is not the center of the universe. Her case is not the only one to come through police doors, and police are human too. Seriously anger invoking.

I’m so impressed by the work that Ms. Rahr, Ms. Low, and Ms. Low's support team have done on this case. It's beyond appalling, how badly the initial investigation appears to have been mishandled.Read full review »

Canada has work to do!! Gag orders on victims to stop them from telling friends about their own experiences??!! Calling a victim a liar - ever?!? Police involved in this case should hang their heads in abject shame. Oh…yeah: Carrie Low for Canadian Premier!!
