I’ve been struggling with weight gain after turning 40, and I feel like I’m going crazy because I feel like I’m doing “ all the right things”. After listening to the episode on Perimenopause, I feel like I’m not alone and not going crazy! Some very helpful info and tips!

Tina gives great advice and insight for nutrition. Appreciate her invite to be a guest!

Does she have any actual credentials to be giving advice on these things? I am guessing not since it was not mentioned during the episode.

Decent info, and I do appreciate Tina sharing her perspective and health journey, but the audio quality makes this a no for me! In the 2 parasite episodes, there is a constant banging going on while it sounds like she is recording this in a big echoey room. Maybe try a microphone in a quiet room...Read full review »

I’ve never “met” a more honest and relatable person. Whether your story is only partially overlapping with hers or fully, like mine seems to be, we can all relate to being done with the diet mentality. Her insight is on point and her strategies are applicable. Thank you for the service you...Read full review »

I’ve been an avid follower of CNC since 2009. It was like a flashback listening to her first full episode of how she has evolved and changed with social media, the rise of influencers, and the health industry. Tina is just a real down to earth person who I just absolutely enjoy to read and listen...Read full review »

Many of the episodes are just extracted from Instagram stories. What is the point? She says things like, “look at this...” so, in addition to being lazy, it doesn’t even make sense as a podcast. The other episodes are just her talking about herself and offer no new information to the reader....Read full review »

I found Carrots N Cake when I was searching for someone to talk about the struggles with UC combined with living a healthy lifestyle (nutrition/macros and exercise)! Tina combined it all. Now I can soak in the information while on the move - on walks, runs, errands.

Just what the world needs, a podcast about coughing up phlegm. Just like her blog this is just a self proclaimed health expert with no actual credentials talking about her favorite subject - herself

Besides the possible legal implications, never mind the ethics, of asking for reviews and social media shares to be entered to win one of three up to $100 gift cards, five of the first ten of these podcasts released are extracted audio from instagram posts. So, no new content for 50% of the...Read full review »
