Long adds - up to 3 minutes which start in the middle of sentences which breaks up story and can make it difficult to follow

Gave up and just googled the case…this podcast so sooooooo slow and boring and stretched out.

The content itself is 5 star but ruined by long repetitive ads

Fascinating podcast. I was struck by one comment in ep 3 that 2 men in the vicinity of the crime were seen kissing each other on the cheek. This seems a Mediterranean thing to do and also between men an act of solidarity. Other sightings were of cordial engagements between the women and male...Read full review »

Enjoyed the series but as everyone else has said the ads really spoil it.

Disappointing considering how good Casefile content typically is. This podcast feels like it’s 50% ads and the pace is unnecessarily slow. Feels like they’re stretching it out.

Hard to believe and must be so frustrating. Good listen.

Really enjoyed the show but the ads were driving me crazy. The same ads played several times through each episode. Annoying and unessasary. Almost didn’t continue but was really enjoying the actual story. Well written and researched. I was Kingi’s wondering what happened to the little son Gregory?

The podcast is great but the ads are painful

This could’ve been really good, but it’s ruined by the constant, irritating ads. I don’t mind a few, I get that the makers need to get paid, but this is too much. It’s like watching TV in the UK!

Shame - loved the content but far too many long ads. Gave up

Would of been 5 but the ads are ridiculous, long and often.

Long and frequent Ads that totally take you out of the podcast. I boy got to episode 5 and had to quit. It could be so much better

The ads Iheartradio are putting out are so terrible it’s hard to listen to this show
Philby's ghost via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 03/19/24
I enjoyed this podcast (listened to the entire season on I heart radio) - it’s clear the host is really attached to this case and is committed to bringing more awareness to it in hopes of it one day being solved. I can only give it four stars because I don’t feel we ever get enough information....Read full review »

So much potential but so boring, filled with so much padding. On and on with extraneous irrelevant details

Too many annoyingly long ads that ruin the fluidity of the pod

Being bombarded with ads, this goes against the spirit of podcasting. Disappointing.

Very interesting and heartbreaking story told sensitively and respectfully. But very annoying and long ads.

Fantastic! The Frankston Serial Killer pod was brilliantly done so I knew Easy Street would be just as well done. The narrator is easy to listen to and very knowledgeable.

Sooo many ads! They must go on for 3-4 mins! So annoying

I’ve been hoping someone would do a podcast on these murders for years. So glad it’s happening and I hope something or someone new is uncovered leading to an arrest. Crimes against women were not treated as seriously back in the 1970s.

Great podcast, too many adds in each episode!

I’ve been waiting for a podcast on these murders for a long time. This case is solvable, they have DNA. Great podcast, so glad episode 2 tells us about the two Sues as lively individuals, how independent and how loved they were. Hopefully this podcast will help to send the message that brutality...Read full review »

Cannot stand the ad breaks on this one, they are every 6-8 minutes of actual content, at least that’s how it feels. Ruins the whole experience.
Tbmeade via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 02/25/24
It’s a good show and well put together but there’s so many ads throughout that you can barely follow what’s going on.

Very good content, but way too many ads! Has really put me off listening to the next one.

This is an objective, strong presentation of the facts surrounding this cold case. Compelling storytelling with many sources. Makes a strong case for a second coronial inquest.
