Sheer Pleasure
Brenda is sheer pleasure to listen to. Her voice is pleasant to hear and she has spent a great deal of effort on making the sound quality of her audio excellent. The setup of the podcast is a blend of music and knitting. The music is always changing - sometimes pop, punk, rock, folk - but always good. The knitting includes essays - written by her or others. The essays are well written and thoughtful. Along with the essays - she talks about what she is knitting and the yarn she is using. I appreciate her commentary on patterns, books, website, and everything. She inspires me to try new things and look at others. She presents without opinion, a real treat to allow the listener to develop their own opinion. Brenda also introduces other knitting podcast and has links to them on the website. Her show notes are complete and up-to-date. I can't wait until Friday nights to download her latest episode - I am so addicted to this podcast.Read full review »
