This journalist does not present a balanced and objective view, it made me furious - he clearly made a verdict and supported the family in their view of the guilty.

This is/was a fascinating case but to be honest the storytelling in this pod is a bit incoherent and muddled. It could do with stronger production both in editorial structure and music supervision. Listened to the end and the whole thing kind of petered out.

Great podcast, well presented and produced, the background music is unnecessary, distracting and annoying. The written reviews are ridiculous, I didn’t realise so many numbskulls actually listened podcasts, but there you go. Bob is a victim regardless of your judgement on how he found his sexual...Read full review »

There’s a lot of nasty comments in here. No doubt Bob was a bit of an old perv. But that doesn’t mean he deserved death. Unfortunately I don’t think you can say Kylie killed bob beyond reasonable doubt. There’s a bit of murky stuff going on

Interesting story but gave up listening after ep 3 due to the constant ads for a mummy podcast and medical trials recruitment.

While this is a well made podcast I find the subject matter troubling. I feel for the family, but not necessarily the “victim” in this case. I am also frustrated by the constant reminders that the accused is a transgender woman, as I don’t see how that is relevant to what happened.

I listened to the first 8 episodes, then in a sneaky move, the last 2 were subscription only. I’m not averse to subscription podcasting, but trying to get subscribers this way is nothing short of devious. I googled the final verdict.

I feel sorry for the family that’s been left to deal with the train wreck that was this man’s life. He doesn’t sound like a nice man and didn’t treat people well. I hope his family can come to some peace.

I feel sorry for his son who obviously wants to think the best of his dad , by the second episode it becomes apparent that the old dude is a creep, who finally got his comupence ....

No wonder this dirty old man is dead/missing. He probably deserved everything that he received- DEATH! He was a filthy predator. Surely, you could have found a story about a better class of human being.

Lengthy and a bit meh.

Meh
Can’t say I feel sympathy for this man. He seems like a dirty old man who preyed on vulnerable women for his own deviant sexual needs. I feel for his son who has also lost his own son and had to hear all the horrible things about his father. The story is a little repetitive and some parts seem...Read full review »

It would be better for the traction of story if the weekly episodes were an hour long.

Struggled with this one. Interesting story but don’t feel it is being told very well. I don’t need to hear back & forth text messages verbatim, it doesn’t make for good flow of the story. This constant recount of messages was very distracting & put me off the podcast to be honest.

Info stalls out. Very repetitive.

Enjoying the podcast but I feel the narrator ready very quickly and also doesn’t pause at full stops. I keep thinking my speed is doubled but it’s not 🤷🏼‍♀️

Subscribed and happy to pay, but where are the rest of the episodes? Do we unsubscribe and wait or….

Intriguing, well crafted story and expertly presented. However, the narrator unnecessarily mentions that he used his ‘points’ to travel to NSW regional town. Podcast sponsored by ‘points’ provider. No problem with paid ads to support podcasts creation, but please keep ads in their place....Read full review »

Great podcast however it says free on all platforms January 8th, it’s now the 10th and still subscriber only. Even once subscribed there are very few episodes

Maybe don’t copy and paste another extremely successful podcast’s graphic design if you want yours to be taken seriously. Shame on you.

Very interesting. I’ve subscribed because I found it so enthralling but disappointed there’s so few episodes

So that people can sample the podcast and determine whether it is one to subscribe to/pay for, the first episode should be made free.
