Delightful, relatable, and helpful

I identify a lot with Caty’s experience with ADHD and appreciate immensely the vulnerability and authenticity both Caty and Eric exhibit in the show. It validates my experience and has helped me in my journey as an “ADHD burnt out gifted kid” who struggles with the contradictions that I live with everyday. I would recommend this podcast to anyone neurodivergent, obviously especially those with ADHD, and those who love someone with ADHD. I hope this podcast helps you as much as it has helped me!
