Been loving this so much!
Was recommended by Roman Mars on 99% Invisible - been hooked ever since. The voiceover is wonderful, and a bit kitschy and playful at times without being over the top. The perfect podcast for the bus ride home. Anyone who’s complaining about political bias clearly didn’t come from 99%I or, alternatively, doesn’t realize that nothing is truly apolitical, even historical events. Everyone just gets up in arms the moment Trump is mentioned. And rightly so - if we’re talking about facets of the human psyche and how history repeats itself, it’s no surprise contemporary politics are on the menu.
