E117: Jess Johnson - EFT for Calming the Central Nervous System
Listen now
Description
This week I welcome my coach, Jess Johnson, as our guest so that she can share her expertise. We talk about what EFT (sometimes called “tapping”), how our relationship started, and why coaches are humans first too.  I also share a specific emotion and thought that I have been working through with Jess over the past year. It cannot be overstated how transformational the experience of learning and practicing EFT has been for me.  Jess specifically shares how the small decisions made early in life can continue to create unclear moments of tension, unease, and even pain within our bodies. She also shared specific ways to identify, shift, and heal.  Resources mentioned in this episode: Jess Johnson: https://www.jessjohnsoncoaching.com/ E92: How You Can Change Who You Are in an Instant -- Trigger Warning https://celebratebrave.libsyn.com/how-who-you-are-can-change-in-an-instant-trigger-warning If you are not on my email list, you are missing some really powerful, live, interactive webinar opportunities.
