Not as advertised
I don’t even know where to start. The first thing is that the advertisements don’t make it sound like a comedy, and this is definitely a comedy. Not even a dark comedy, but a silly one. Light and frothy and meaningful
If you’ve ever watched Jane The Virgin, this is that same mix of frothy, meta, ridiculous, heartfelt, laced with social commentary fun. I listen to this with a smile on my face.
