“I really enjoy the idea of this podcast. I think it comes from a good place - but I think Colin and Chris can be better hosts. I've listened to half a dozen episodes now, and think Chris and Colin can do better at guiding conversations in a way that honors what the guest is trying to say. At times I think the hosts speak for the guests and even border on speaking over the guest. Chris, we get it. You're not Mormon anymore. But you need to be better at listening to your guests, and responding with less bias. At times, your border on being dogmatic. Colin, when you do speak, it is great, but speak more. There are some inherent biases that come from the hosts, I accept those. But sometimes those biases can be distracting from what the guest is trying to say. I know that Chris and Colin have stated that their opinion is not the end all be all - but I do think they need to do a better job at implementing that philosophy interview to interview.”
