“Having been the victim of a conman, I found this story very interesting and compelling. It’s well told and structured. My only criticism is that Julia Robson (who is great) doesn’t let us forget that she is a an amazing PI. I’m all for self confidence and its admirable, but at times it almost comes across as an extended advertisement for her PI service…any maybe it is. If so, very well done. I guess after listening to a lot of true crime, I am used to an objective investigative journalistic tone. But, still a VERY good podcast. The psychology if victims, especially where there is a sexual dominance or servitude is fascinating.”
