“I don’t normally write reviews for anything, but I have to give credit to this podcast. These guys are so creative with how they portray their characters and plot. I have been listening to this for a few weeks now during my downtime and am now about to start season 2. It keeps you intrigued plot wise and has moments that are great for a laugh. The story telling is amazing and I enjoy how they include other players in their group every now and then to spice up an episode. Seriously, this podcast has an amazing balance of story telling, humour, drama, and mystery. If you’re looking for something to wind down a hectic day and escape life for a bit, I highly recommend giving this a chance.
Also, I gotta give respect for having a special episode during the beginning of the season to explain how D&D mechanics roll. Pun intended. They do it in such a witty and interesting manner that it’s easy to understand and not boring at all to listen through. So even if you’re new to the game (like me) or just stumbled across this podcast, give it a listen. As a newby, it has helped me understand how campaigns work and gave me courage to finally try one of my own.”
