Check Your Head Podcast is a truly insightful deep dive into the mental health of some of the biggest names in music. The interviews are entertaining but also informative and inspirational. Getting to know some of my favorite musicians on a deeper level really brings my own mental health into focus.

I enjoyed how Mari (host)incorporated her activism and its importance right from the start in this episode. I was not familiar with Emma’s music but I liked her honest story and how Mari gave her room as an interviewer to speak from the heart. Her 9/11 story was very moving. I will certainly be...Read full review »

I was captivated by the interviews and found the answers to mental help are plenty. I like how this podcast is changing the way we talk about mental health, being open and honest, and seeing “asking for help” as a sign of strength. This is a great podcast for the music lover and for any listener.
