Living in France, with two cultures to keep up with, I'll never get around to reading (most of) these books, so hearing the author being encouraged to express the essence of their thinking is next best. The conversations are intelligent and warm and always leave me cheerful!Read full review »

It’s good to have a podcast about non fiction books, not only that, books that can change the world. If five million people tuned in the world might be a better place.

Ed is a much better podcast host than a Labour Party leader. If you like Reasons to be Cheerful you will like this
