Very happy to have stumbled upon this awesome local podcast. Found the episode of the "Ongoing Cultural Genocide of Indgenous Canadians" for a project and was pleasently surprised to find such an easy listening narrative interview and storytelling podcast. Stoked to keep listening!

One of my favourite podcasts! There is obviously a lot of work that goes into researching and writing the content, and the production value is high. Cited is the thing that makes me most proud about being a UBC alum.

I stumbled across this podcast after their story on heroin clinics was featured on life of the law. This is well researched, with great, on-point guests and interesting topics. Keep up the good work!

They use distorted, exaggerated, or misrepresented version of the position or argument of people that disagree with their views. No balance. They get one star for presentation.

But it's really a quite good show, trust me. Give it a shot. Why not?

Well researched and well told stories. Interesting topic matter from across the academic spectrum. I listen to it regularly along with a host of NPR and Gimlet shows -- highly recommend for anyone else into that kind of mix.

Surprisingly, there's basically no intelligent coverage of the world of research and academia in audio apart from this show. It's great.

Cited does such a brilliant job of telling stories from and about academia. I listen to it every week! Keep up the good work!

I have been looking to diversify my podcast consumption and happened upon this podcast! They are sort of biased but for the most part look to both sides and don't push their views on you. Thorough, and easy to listen to. Well produced without too many ads throughout which is one reason why I love...Read full review »

I was relieved to find out that the people who do this podcast have done dozens and dozens of radio shows on CiTR in Vancouver. Otherwise, the insanely high calibre from a brand new endeavor would seem uncanny. I especially appreciate the non-flashy buy professional production values. Easy to...Read full review »

This is a totally unique premise for a show. I think learning how research, bad and good, influences the world we live in is going to be awesome! The first episode was really great and kept me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to see where this show goes!
