Laugh, Reflect and Retrain
I’ve been following Trisha for about ten years now in one way or another. I first heard of her as the Joyologist on tour with Jason Mraz and was intrigued. We even had a chance to cross paths because her no waste living on tour needed someone to take leftover food for composting, and one show that was us. Trisha’s open and vulnerable conversations with her guests always bring something new to my life. Particularly interesting for me, because I’m raising a 16 year old with a strong desire to be a musician, are all of her conversations with people that have “made it” in their fields. It never comes easy and you have to work for what you want. Mindset, self-care and resilience come up as common themes over and over, as well as learning to adjust the aforementioned. This podcast has replaced music during my daily workouts and I love it!
