On topic, informative, entertaining
UPDATE: I've enjoyed listening to this father & son team. They give an "every mans" review of the movies without the odd reference to some director or musician that the rest of us know nothing about. Their discussions seem organized and flow together nicely, but sometimes it seems slow ... though that may be by design. With that being said, I look forward to their next review. ORIGINAL REVIEW: To be fair, I've only listened to part 1 of The Grapes of Wrath so far but I did find it of good quality and I'm looking forward to part 2. Because I've only listened to one episode I didn't think I could go more than 3 stars right now (though I expect great things from these guys). I've queued up the earlier podcasts and will give those a listen soon. Hopefully I can bump the rating up to 4 or 5 stars after that. I like that it's a son and his dad doing these reviews and that their average guys like the rest of us. Their part 1 review of The Grapes of Wrath had some interesting details in discussing everything from the music and cinematography to character development and the social-economic aspect.

More reviews of Classic Movie Reviews
Classic Movie Reviews is a good solid podcast on classic movies. I love the back and forth and 2 generation perspective from this father/son team. I always look forward to their new episodes.

Good discussions about less talked about films. I really enjoy these guys and their chemistry!

One of my new favorite podcasts. Great relaxed conversations between a father and son that share a love of classic movies. Makes for good drive time listening. Seem to truly enjoy each other’s company and makes the listener feel they are part of the family.
