“I discovered Julie's podcast after life became difficult due to leadership issues at work. During that time, I was unhappy, depressed, and full of anxiety. I couldn't sleep at night and I struggled to pull myself out of bed. I started looking for help.
Julie's podcast so often gave me encouragement, raised questions I needed to answer, and provided perspective to navigate that rough time. I was able to step back from my situation, think about what was going on, and make a plan to change.

Julie's podcast was an important starting point for me to develop a multifaceted approach to improving my mental health, which included seeing a therapist, exercising and practicing mindfulness five days per week, and trying to be a little nicer to myself.
