“I really wanted to love this podcast - it is exactly the intersection of topics (food and climate) that I am most passionate about and most focused on in my own career. I've tried a handful of episodes, maybe 10-15, and at the end of every one I have this sense of unease in my chest because I just don't get how anyone steeped in this information can say "we can all keep eating animals and still solve climate change".
