Excellent - Is Spectator Girl Power Emerging?
The Spectator Coffee House podcasts continue to be excellent: insightful discussions always compellingly backed by experience, knowledge, and, where appropriate, data. A further (to my shame!) element of intrigue is what appears to be the occasional staff (?) mutiny rising to the surface in the heat of discussion. I was half amused / half shocked to hear Fraser Nelson - the editor - getting properly upbraided during his inputs vis-a-via the Truss Energy Policy and during the podcast that discussed Liz Truss’ recent economic speech. Sounded as though the formidable - and impressive - Spectator ladies have no compunction (whatsoever) to letting The Boss (well and truly!) know it when his inputs are deemed to be below par or, perhaps, a little short on ‘full disclosure’…. Good Luck Fraser, sounds tough in there!

More reviews of Coffee House Shots
Much better- much more professional- almost radio broadcast quality. I still disagree with much of the opinion but it’s always worth listening too when it’s recorded properly 🙂 Rhys Davies (Sound Designer)

In a 10 minute episode this podcast provides more insight than does either reading the whole previous weeks brexit output from the Times or the BBC . Keep up the good work you young but whip smart Speccie team

In these mad days of Brexit negotiations I turn daily to the Coffee House Shots podcast in an attempt to make sense of it all. Brief, to the point and well informed , it’s as good as you’ll get. Oh, and it’s not just about Brexit either!
