First of all, I want to give a big shout-out to Nate for being my first guest! I was nervous and after the audio failed me I was pretty stressed.  Being in business and knowing how things go he quickly put me to ease and was super chill about it all. Could not have asked for a better guest to begin this journey with.  Nate is one of the owners of Reve Coffee Roasters and Reve Coffee Lab which is one of the cutting-edge coffee roasteries and shops in Louisiana.  He started this journey when he was 21 after quitting college.  I love hearing stories like that.
