"Ecuador: The Coffee Origin You Should Know About" Martín Granda - Siempre Verde Farm (Episode 2)
Listen now
Description
In this episode we speak with Martín Granda from Siempre Verde Farm. He is a coffee producer from Ecuador and I had a great time speaking with him. He was very knowledgeable about the coffee practices down there and we dove deep into the fermentation type of processing that they do. He surprised me with how many crops they grow and "Ferns" actually being their main one hence the name of their farm "Always Green".  He details how they initially got into specialty coffee and goes back into the history of his grandparent's experience with coffee farming.  Martín is was one of those people I could "talk coffee" with for hours. I really enjoyed this conversation and look forward to meeting him at his farm one day. I hope you enjoy his story as much as I did. Amazing dude for sure! Go check out his coffee and contact him below if you are interested in buying any.  His information can be found below.   Siempre Verde Farms - Martín Granda: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/siempreverdefarm/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SiempreVerdeFarm/ Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/robpirie?fan_landing=true)
