Review of the Jamison Mystery
I just listened to the cold case mystery of the Jamison family. The creator of this podcast follows a line of thinking not based on fact, but mere speculation. He also takes it a step further to suggest that suicide is a reasonable and acceptable action in order to secure a peace not attainable in life. My concern is for the possibility that a mentally or emotionally unstable person listening to this podcast could interpret the podcaster's words as an encouragement to also take one's own life so that he/she could escape his/her ghosts or demons (which the podcaster asserts are really just ourselves) and find the peace in the finality of death that the podcaster suggests all of us are ultimately seeking, not just the Jamisons.Read full review »

I like this podcast because he delves into deeper psychological motives and possibilities. It isn’t meant to be a conclusive answer to the cases, but it’s a different way to think about it.

This show can get a little weird, but the host has some really interesting insight into human nature and why these monsters kill. It's a great change of pace from the "just the facts" shows. Thumbs way up!Read full review »
