“I was on hold for 4 hours with these guys and all I got was this awful hold music. The one person I did talk too barley spoke French and just ended up transferring me to another department. NEVER buy any appliances from this company. Save yourself the headache and just shop at Sears. I went to Sears and the young woman was so welcoming and helpful. She showed me right to what I wanted and even helped me load it into my car. That is a company that really knows how to treat their customers. Sears, when you’re here, you’re family.”
