Compleatly Brilliant
I will agree with some other reviewers that Ian was a little annoying the first couple of episodes, but by A Hard Day's Night he really started to mellow out and find the right groove for the rest of the series. I thought I knew a lot about the Beatles, but I still learned many things about every album. This podcast is informative, entertaining, funny, and interesting, and if you're a Beatles fan you owe it to yourself to give it a try. If Ian bugs you too much, skip ahead a few albums, then maybe go back to the first few later. By the time I finished the final episode, I had enjoyed it all too much to hold the rough start against them. I'm eternally grateful that I kept listening. I wonder if maybe we could get some followup episodes someday, covering a few of the best solo albums, or the Anthologies?Read full review »

Wonderful, funny dig through the catalog. It is great from the get go, but they really hit their stride from about the third ep on, and it gets bonkers excellent when they start doing two hour episodes. Can't recommend enough - thanks for your work, gents!Read full review »
