Why the bad language?
I mean come on, I’m trying to better myself with these self-help podcasts, not fill my head with bad language. Why the need to ruin something that could be helpful? It’s much easier to leave out the bad words. When a mental health professional uses bad language, it makes me think so less of them, no respect. Also keep in mind that people who are dealing with cptsd may have been abused by people using those same bad words!!!
