“I learned about this podcast feed through Gregory’s holistic health news. I love it. Even though I don’t have addictions to food I find information very thought-provoking and funny. I would just like more episodes. And more interviews.”

“You don’t find a lot of podcast series that deal with food addiction as openly as this one. It’s great stuff especially the early episodes but also the later ones where he talks about survivors guilt and body positive movement actually being bad for fat people. Keep it up”

“Gregory has such a unique perspective given that he’s kept off 100 pounds over 25 years. It’s amazing what he’s done. If you’re dealing with food addiction or emotional eating or childhood bullying this is the best podcast for you to listen to.”

“Gregory offers a unique content. There aren’t a lot of podcasts like his way he talks so personally about things that happened to him as a kid. My only criticism would be that he is not interviewing more people”

Anyone who has issues with addictions will find it useful. He is funny even though he doesn’t try to be funny and you...”Read full review »
