As another small business owner who works mostly solitary, it’s really nice to hear another perspective on how to manage everything. Took me years to learn most too. So if you are just starting to create it’s a must listen to. Also fun.

I appreciate how open Jess is about her creative process and struggles. She reminds me to take time for myself and reflect on my identity as a creative, and gives great advice on how to save yourself from heartaches like losing files.

I really enjoy listening to this podcast because it’s an inside look at all the effort that goes into what it’s like being a creator of content and merchandising. I really recommend the discussion on being self taught vs traditionally taught in particular. Excited to see what the future holds!
