Before joining Weakley County Economic Development Board and Chamber of Commerce, Justin was the Northwest Regional Coordinator for Tennessee Pathways. In this role, he worked with K-12 educators, postsecondary institutions, and local industries to expand college/career pathway access across West Tennessee. Additionally, Justin has served as the Volunteer Services Coordinator at Reelfoot Rural Ministries and municipal planning roles in both Georgia and Kentucky. Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Murray State University and a master’s degree in public administration from Western Kentucky University. Justin and his wife Amanda reside in Martin, where they’ve lived since 2016. Conflict Managed is available wherever you listen to podcasts.
