I have listened to a number of episodes and in particular the so called emergency episode on the events of Oct 7 and I am extremely dismayed to hear the hosts parroting reports of babies being beheaded and rape being used as a tactic of the Hamas and other militants prior to there having been any clear evidence that these so called atrocities actually occured. Subsequent independent investigations have found no such evidence. Despite the claim of objectivity and factual presentation by the host there is evidence of bias towards the Western media and also a seemingly total disregard for evidence put forward by human rights organisations on the ground in Gaza and other areas related to the conflict in general.

The Al-Qaeda spy turned MI6 agent is fascinating. But the American monk has annoying tone and interrupts the spy too often, and his perspective is less unique. I stopped listening because there wasn’t enough of the spy.

Amazingly interesting Podcast that explains in simple language a very difficult and often confusing subject. I also like the fact that there is no particular bias (that I can tell anyway) to a particular set of ideals. Give it a listen!

If you want to gain knowledge of how the Middle East really thinks and works then this is a must. From MI6 to Saudi Arabia and Iraq this is a telling and interesting intelligence super storm.
