Doing the good work
In my humble opinion the content this podcast puts out is some of the most informative, interesting and dare I say paradigm shifting available today. Too often to count I find myself feeling a huge sense of relief when one of the hosts or a guest puts into words an idea I was struggling with, a social situation I feel angry or confused by and need clarity on. Saying thank you is not sufficient so I share your podcast with anyone who will listen. Thank you for doing the hard work and deep investigations to present these shows. It’s a breath of fresh air in a sea of quagmire.

This podcast is incredibly informative, well researched, and timely. The hosts are knowledgeable and intelligent, and they have first hand experience with the good, the bad, and the ugly of the yoga and Wellness industry. They also know a great deal about cult dynamics. Highly recommended.
